Mixing Instructions

Pour the content of the sachet into 120 ml of cold water. Mix until consistent. For a mousse: Incorporate a stiffly beaten egg white and stir gently. For a milk-shake: Mix the content of the sachet in a mixer with 220 ml of cool water.
