Description
The high protein chocolate pudding Protifast is a powdered formula that allows you to eat a delicious dessert at the end of the meal. It is rich in dairy proteins, or 18 g in a 26 g serving. Chocolate is present through the 14% cocoa powder. This slimming dessert is obviously low calorie. It has a carbohydrate content of 2.6 g including 1.2 g of sugar. The caloric intake is limited to 94 Kcal. This delight at the end of the meal will not make you fattening since it contains only 0.9 g of fat including 0.5 g of saturated fatty acids. With such a slimming product rich in protein, it is out of question to deprive you of dessert.

Mixing Instructions
Add contents to a mixing bowl.
- Protifast Chocolate Pudding slowly add 115 ml of cold water whilst stirring until dissolved - refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
- Protifast Chocolate Mousse, prepare like a pudding and stir in one egg firmly beaten - refrigerate.
- Protifast Chocolate Milk Shake, empty one packet in a mixer or blender, add 220 ml cold water and mix or shake.
