Protein blend (calcium caseinate (milk), whey protein concentrate (milk)); cocoa (14,8 %) (emulsifier : soy lecithin) ; thickeners : corn starch, cellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose ; flavours (milk, gluten) ; salt ; sweeteners : aspartame (contains phenylalanine), potassium acesulfam ; methionine ; anti-caking agent : silicon dioxide ; acidity regulator : magnesium oxide.

Mixing Instructions
Empty one serving (26 g) of Protifast Chocolate Shake into a bowl.
A - For a PUDDING : add slowly 115 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolve. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes until firm.
B - For a MOUSSE : prepare like a pudding and stir in one white egg firmely beaten. Refrigerate.
C - For a MILK SHAKE : empty one serving (26 g) in an electric mixer, add 220 ml of cold water and mix.
