Mixing Instructions

1 - Bring to boil 1 L of slightly salted water.
2 - Dip the pasta easy-cook pouch in the water (leaving the pasta in the pouch). 3 - Cook for 9 minutes or more, according to your taste preference.
4 - Remove from pan and drain the high-protein pasta.
5 - Open the pouch and serve in a plate. Consume in the 10 followings minutes.

Suggested serving: you can enjoy your high protein pasta with a pinch of curry, basil leaves or some crushed garlic. Another great combination with this pasta is with high-protein carbonara, tomato or mushroom sauces.

Recette

Pasta Protifast with garlic Peel 2 cloves of garlic and crush them with garlic press. Wash 1 handful of rocket leaves and squeeze with tissue paper. Wash and wipe a zucchini, then cut into thin slices. Put the arugula and zucchini in a salad bowl. Cook the Tutti Proti pasta 10 min in a microwave oven in a bowl filled with cold water. Drain them and add them to the bowl. Add a teaspoon of olive oil, crushed garlic, a few tops of pepper mill and mix well. Taste, adjust the salt seasoning if necessary and serve immediately.
