High-protein vanilla flavoured wafer

Gourmet and nutrition, this is exactly what we set out to do when we worked out with our dieticians the recipe for our vanilla wafers, phase 1. Both crispy and melting, with a good vanilla flavor, Also the advantage of being poor in lipids and sugar. Very low in calories, they fit perfectly into a slimming diet.

But to slim down quickly, a low-calorie diet is not always enough and can lead to frustration and cracking food. The ideal is to control the number of calories while favoring an important contribution of protein in order to burn fat and stop the feeling of hunger. This is why our wafers consist essentially of milk and soy proteins for a supply of 15 g of protein for 2 wafers.
