Mixing Instructions

  1. Empty one packet into a bowl. Add slowly 80 to 100 ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or a fork.

  2. Beat with the whisk or the fork until well dissolve. Add salt and pepper, herb and spices to your taste .

  3. Put a non-adhesive pan to heat and humidify it with an oil drop.

  4. Pour your mix into the hot pan and cook about 20 to 30 seconds as scrambled eggs or a regular omelette (you can put          the lid on the pan during the last 10 seconds to leave the omelette to swell up.

  5. Consume in the 10 followings minutes.
